Return & Exchange Policy

We take customer service very serious at Pearls of Islam. We strive for the best shopping experience for our dear customers. However in the event you need an exchange or refund please see the Return and Exchange policy below.

We kindly ask that you carefully choose your Hijab, cap, scrunchy, pins or beanies.

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to return or exchange for change of mind. 

We thank you for your understanding. 

However if you have any questions about our products please get in contact with us and we will be happy to help you in any way we possibly can.

In the event that the product you ordered is damaged/faulty please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving the products.

Any damaged/faulty products must be returned in the condition in which it was received, unworn, unwashed, together with any packaging and proof of purchase. We will then examine the product and make a decision in which you can be fully reimbursed or you can exchange it.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund upon review, if we see fit.

At Pearls of Islam, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your abaya for a different size. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as you receive your order to arrange for an exchange. It is important to note that the abaya must be in the same condition in which you received it in order for the exchange to be processed. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping the abaya back to us, as well as the shipping costs for the new abaya.

In the unfortunate event that the abaya you received is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. Thank you for shopping at Pearls of Islam.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In the event that a product you have purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we shall bear any cost of shipping the said product ( the "Returned Product") back to us , as well as any cost of shipping any replacement back to you.

Response time

We aim to process any requests for exchange or refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the damaged/faulty product. 

If we need to refund your money for the faulty/damaged product please keep in mind that the refund will be processed back to the original payment method you have used to purchase the goods.
